GDF convened the Advisory Council and DeFi Working Group to discuss the recent actions taken by the CFTC on Ooki DAO and bZeroX. The conversation covered the direction of travel for regulation and policy surrounding DAOs and DeFi activities, as well as the legal wrappers available for DAOs.
